We are also the only ones who can answer your all specialised enquiries in speed, hockey and nordic skating.

    Skateline protects your skate purchase for 1 years against manufacturing defects, so keep your reciepts! If your skate breaks for no apparent reason, bring it back to us, we will repair or replace it*. We won't cover damages caused by wear-and-tear or accidents (we can tell) so take care of your skates!
     
  • Perfect-Fit Guarantee (tm)
    Proper fit means everything when getting a pair of skates. If you feel that you have been fitted with a pair of skates of the wrong size, bring it back within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase. If we find that its indeed the wrong size, we will replace the skate with a pair of the right size*. The skates must not be worn for long distance and must not have worn-out marks and scratches. Perfect-Fit Guarantee also does not extend to skates on promotion If you prefer to talk to us at the head office, don't hesitate to contact us.
     
  • K2 Life Exclusive Warranty
    With this warranty card, our customers are assured that their K2 Skates purchased from us is not a parallel import. K2 Skates purchased from us is produced under strict licensing agreements with K2 Inc and you are insured against any manufacturing defects. Please note that parallel imports may not have been produced with the same quality, standard or material used by the licensed manufacturer.
