Skatefriends Privilege Card
• The Skatefriends Privilege Card (Card) is not transferable, and may not be used for some sale and promotional items.
• The use of this Card constitutes the acceptance of and is subject to terms and conditions.
• Skateline reserves the right to amend or withdraw privileges, terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Discounts, privileges and incentives are only valid upon presentation of the Card at time of payment.
• Cardholder may be required to produce NRIC or other forms of identification.
• A fee of $5 applies for the replacement of a lost card.
TradeUp(tm)
• TradeUp applies only to skates purchased at Skateline AFTER a customer becomes a Skatefriend.
• TradeUp is only available through the redemption of a TradeUp voucher, which is issued when a Skatefriend purchases a pair of skates at Skateline.
• Trade-Up Skate Voucher ("Voucher") is only valid with a valid (unexpired) Skatefriends Privilege Card, for both first year and second year trade-in.
• Customer must trade-in the skate listed on the Voucher receipt
• Next skate purchase must be of equal or higher retail price than skate listed on Voucher receipt
• Voucher is only valid with the original receipt attached.
• Voucher must be surrendered on redemption.
• Voucher cannot be used on skates on promotion or special offer. i.e. Voucher deducts from the Usual Price of skates, not the special-offer price.
• Use of Voucher will void Skatesurance Voucher for the same pair of skates.
• Skateline reserves the right to deny redemption, change the Voucher amount or withdraw the Voucher at anytime.
• Lost voucher(s) will not be replaced.

Skatesurance(tm)
• Skatesurance applies only to skates purchased at Skateline AFTER a customer becomes a Skatefriend.
• Skatesurance is only avaiable through the redemption of a Skatesurance voucher, which is issued when a Skatefriend purchases a pair of skates at Skateline.
• Skate listed on the Skatesurance Voucher must be surrendered during redemption.
• Skatesurance Voucher is only valid with the original receipt attached, and with a valid (un-expired) Skatefriends Privilege Card.
• The Skatesurance Voucher may only for a skate purchase of equal or higher retail price than the pair listed in the receipt.
• Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice
• Whether a pair of skates is admissible for is solely the discretion of Skateline.
• Not applicable for damage to bearings and wheels.
• Use of Voucher will void Trade-Up Skate Voucher for the same pair of skates.
• Lost voucher(s) will not be replaced.
SkateSpa
• Skates on SkateSpa are subject to delays depending on the number of pairs of skates being serviced and may take longer than 3 business days to complete.
• Customers must call before visiting to confirm that skates are ready for collection.
• Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
• Voucher is only valid when presented together with a valid (unexpired) Skatefriends Privilege Card.
Renewal
• While stocks last.
• Skateline reserves the right to replace the renewal gift with another item of equivalent or lower value.
• Skateline reserves the right to decline renewal to any card holder at its sole discretion.
• Renewal gifts subject to change.
• Online renewal is only complete after payment from the customer is received.
• Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.
