Before booking a lesson you must read, understand and accept the following:

Terms and Conditions: Start Right

  1. Complimentary lesson are only open for registration to customers who have received the Complimentary Lesson Pass.
  2. Vacancies are subject to availability.
  3. Lesson date/time is subject to availability.
  4. Attendance is only confirmed after customer receives a confirmation email.
  5. Customer must present BOTH confirmation email AND Complimentary Lesson Pass when attending the lesson.
  6. Only customers on the confirmed attendance list of Skateline staff for a lesson will be admitted.
  7. Each pass admits one skater only.
  8. Lessons are conducted in a group. The number of skaters in the lesson may vary.
  9. Complimentary Lesson Pass is not exchangeable for cash.
  10. Customers below the age of 18 must seek parent/guardian approval to book a lesson.
  11. Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.
     

 

Indemnity and Release

I am aware that inline skating has usual and unusual dangers and inherent risks including, but not limited to falls, equipment failure, and hazards in the skating environment, collisions with other skaters and unforeseeable accidents, which may result in serious injury, disability or death. I assume all risks associated with taking a skating lesson/activity and all inherent and unusual or unforeseen dangers, risks and accidents. I understand and acknowledge that Skateline Pte Ltd does not guarantee safety during a skating lesson/activity and assumes no responsibility for patrons’ safety or property. While I understand that every care has been taken by Skateline Pte Ltd, I confirm that I am participating on my own volition and I shall not hold Skateline Pte Ltd, its employees, instructors, and associates responsible in any way liable for my injury, disability, death or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the lesson/activity or my participation therein.

For parent/guardian If customer is below 18 years old:

I consent to the above applicant, who is my child/ward participating in a skating lesson/activity with Skateline Pte Ltd and assume all legal and other responsibilities as outlined. While I understand that every care has been taken by Skateline Pte Ltd, I hereby indemnity and agree to keep Skateline Pte Ltd, its employees, instructors, and associates indemnified against all claims, loss or damage whatsoever in respect of my child/ward’s injury, disability, death or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the lesson/activity or his/her participation therein.
