Private Classes

 

Designed for skaters who prefer an exclusive, highly customisable class with lots of personal attention. Perfect for individuals, couples, friends or families who want to learn skating together. Learn skating at your preferred time and location. Learn faster and have more fun as the instructor can adapt to you or your group's preferences. Terms and conditions apply. 

Course Fee (Per 1-hour lesson)

  • $80 for first learner
  • $25 for each additional learner. 
    fees include GST.

Example: 4 skaters in private group

$80 for first learner,
$75 for 3 additional learners ($25 each)
Total = $155.

Features of Private Lessons

  • Your choice of time, date and venue.
  • Instructor teaches you and your group only.
  • Where possible, the same instructor will teach all classes. This allows closer tracking of your progress.
  • Learn at your own pace. Instructor can go faster to cover more skills, or go slower for more thorough practice.
  • Learners in your group can be of different skill levels.
  • Complimentary Learn-to-Skate (LTS) Booklet
  • PACKAGE: Sign up for 4 lessons and get 1 lesson free.


Fees include

 

  • Rental of skates and gear
  • Instruction by professionally certified ICP instructors.
  • Learn To Skate(tm) booklet, a personal logbook of skills
  • Personal Accident Insurance: Up to $500 reimbursement for treatments in case of injury, for treatments above $50.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment is in-advance by online payment, cheque or cash only.
  • Lesson date and time is subject to availability of instructors.
  • Lesson venue is subject to availability.Late attendance: If student(s) turns up late for a lesson, the instructor is not obliged to extend the lesson beyond the original end-time.
  • The instructor reserves the right to bar a student who is more than 15 minutes late from attending a lesson.
  • No show: If student(s) does not turn up for a lesson without informing Skateline at least 1 working day in advance, the lesson will be deemed to be taken, and will be billed in full if payment for the lesson has not been made.
